Just another day with an almost-3-year-old, a 3 month old, and a husband...

I decided today to give into technology and begin a blog of my own. My life always has something going on and I figured "why not share the events?" They may make me smile or cry, but they make up my life! For instance, my 3 month old is battling a nasty cold, which means she is a velcro-baby (understandably so!), so my routine has been somewhat interrupted until she gets better. It's hard to take a sick infant out in this 15 BELOW zero weather!! Then my sweet "almost-3-year-old" has been potty trained since earlier this year, but will still have an accident from time to time. Apparantly last night he had a small poopie accident and my dear husband did things the manly way...just take the underwear off and pretend it never happened. Well, the kids' clothes were washed today and when I transferred them to the dryer, I noticed a clump in the back of my front-loading washer. Dumb me reaches in thinking it was a clump of lint or something and to my surprise (boy was I!) it was not what I imagined...yup, you guessed it...I then realized my dear husband had done the unthinkable! While I washed my hands and scrubbed under my nails, I couldn't help but just laugh. What else was I supposed to do?? And now as I sit down to "blog" while the kids are tucked in bed (or Kara in her swing, lol!), I can finally rest, breathe, and enjoy the blessings of my day...sometimes it may be hard to do in the moment, but in the end, it's my life!
